Property Claim Adjuster (Catastrophe and Branch Assist Assignments)
A minimum of 3 years property adjusting experience (preferable)
Ability to lift a 50 lb ladder
Ability to climb roofs
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Proficient in the usage of computers and a property estimating software
Ability to accurately assess property damages
Ability to comprehend/interpret insurance policies in the various states
Good time management skills
Catastrophe Adjusters must be in a position to travel nationwide with minimal notice
Insurance Adjuster's License and Applicable Certifications
Maintains the proper equipment to handle claims (ie., vehicle, ladder, computer, camera, etc.)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, stressful environment
